This unit is recommended for making pyrogen free water of a very high degree of purity. This still is fitted with special kettle element with ejection device to run with or without water. The complete unit is made of stainless steel except tap. The apparatus is suitable to work on 220V AC supply.

Muffle Furnaces are designed to meet the requirements of varied customers in Educational Research and Industrial fields.

Construction

The outer casting is made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. sheet re-attached with thick perforated sheet on the bottom portion, powder coating with attractive stove enamel. The distinct feature of perforated sheet is to prevent the temperature control unit from very high heat. Furnace is lagged with Light weight with ceramic fibre wool insulation (instead of brick insulation). Heating elements are made of CARELABMED - A1 wire of coil form embedded on the muffle with high grade refractory cement and backed by high temperature cer-wool insulation which avoids loss of energy. This arrangement will ensure the most uniform kind of distribution of heat. The weight & size of furnace is of one quarter and 30% respectively as compared to brick furnace.

A safety thermal fuse is provided to fuse of when the temperature exceeds the set temperature. 

A viewing cap is also provided on the door. Temperature control unit consists of a microprocessor based digital PID temperature indicator cum controller, fitted in front of furnace with two indicator lamps. The apparatus is complete with One thermocouple, silver thermal fuse, main lead with power plug to work on 220/230 V or 400/440 V AC.

The temperature range of the hot air oven shall be from 50°C to 300°C controlled by a hydraulic imported thermostat.

VACUUM OVEN

 vacuum ovens are required in almost every institution for drying, moisture removal by heating in vacuumed environment.

The inner rectangular/cylindrical chamber is made of highly polished thick stainless steel.

The outer body is made of Mild Steel duly powder coated.

The temperature from 50°C to 130°C is controlled by highly accurate microprocessor based PID digital temperature indicator cum controller mounted on the front control panel. Vacuum gauge,input/Release valve are provided for accurate vacuum maintenance within the chamber.
A tuffened glass window is provided in the door to view the samples inside without disturbing the thermal / vacuum conditions.

Temperature Control

Temperature is controlled by capillary type thermostat from ambient to 80°C. Temperature control knob is graduated in centigrade degrees after actually observing the temperature in steady state. An L-shaped prismatic glass Thermometer is fitted on top of the Incubator for reading the chamber temperature.

Ventilation

Air ventilators are provided on both sides at top to flue away any gas or fumes.

The equipment is provided with a panel having a thermostat control knob, ON/OFF switch and two pilot lamps.

Working Principal

Construction

The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge Stainless steel sheet & the outer body is made of Mild steel sheet duly powder coated. The chamber is insulated from outer body with glass wool insulation to prevent thermal losses. The double pane glass door is duly insulated to prevent loss of temperature. Temperature & Speed Control:

The chamber consists of a motor blower assembly to maintain uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber. A digital microprocessor based PID temperature indicator cum controller controls the temperature with a temperature range of Ambient +50C to 1000C.

A speed regulator linked to DC motor controls the speed from 2 to 20 RPM. The digital speed indicator indicates the actual speed.

Outer door is insulated and is fitted with gasket for air tight closing for no temperature loss. Door is provided with lock and key. Inner door is made of transparent acrylic glass for inspecting the specimens inside chamber, without disturbing the thermal conditions.

Temperature Control

The temp. of the incubator is controlled by a digital temperature controller cum indicator, range from 5°C to 60°C ± 1°C. Hermetically sealed, high performance compressor works efficiently to lower the inside chamber temperature. Heating elements are placed in the path of moving air duly insulated from the body. Evaporator coils also lie in the air circulation path. A forced air type circulation is kept inside the chamber with the help of fans to keep uniform temp. throughout the inner chamber. CO2 INCUBATOR WITH O2 CONTROL

CO2 Incubator provides perfectly stabilized and sterilized environment for Cell Culture and study of temperature / CO2 on human tissues. The incubator incorporates SS 304 Construction interior surfaces with rounded corners to eliminate contamination sources, mitigate the effects of airborne contaminants introduced through normal use and provides high degree of Germicidal protection. Four stainless steel height adjustable & removable shelves are provided with removable humidity reservoir to provide humidity up to 95%RH. The chamber consists of a 25mm access port for calibration & other uses. The outside body is made of Steel sheet duly powder coated for rust free performance. The complete incubator is mounted on castors for easy movement. The CO2 incubator has a double door design. The front door is duly insulated fitted with heavy hinges with mechanical latch & key. The inner glass door has separate airtight doors to prevent condensation. The inner glass door consists of mechanical latch to provide perfect seal against the silicone gasket. The user can view the specimens inside without disturbing the vital conditions. Independent door heater prevents condensation. carelabmed CO2 Incubator uses six sided Direct Heat steam jacket fan-less gentle convection Heating System which surrounds the inner chamber walls. This technique achieves accurate, uniform and highly responsive temperature control within the chamber with no overshoot. This eliminates vibration & reduces sample evaporation.

 

The Dual Beam Infrared CO2 sensor with auto zero function is linked to microprocessor controller with a sophisticated PID algorithm. This ensures Ultra-Fast recovery without overshoot and accurate CO2 averages even with frequent access with multiple door openings.

All instruments functions including the temperature, CO2%,O2%, Humidity % & timer of the incubator are programmable with a facility for a selectable alarm for each parameter. The easy to read bright large 7” colored touch screen microprocessor control with all set and process temperature (linked to highly accurate PT-100 sensor), CO2%, O2%, and Humidity % and audio - visual alarm for each parameter including low water alarm, temperature deviation (+/-0.5°C), CO2%, O2%, humidity & provides stabilized and accurate controls. The alarms can be muted by touch of MUTE key. The controller also signifies when the timer is over. In built auto diagnostics for fault detection with error codes & identification of system status for easy trouble-shooting. The user-friendly comprehensive touch screen provides at a glance viewing of all the parameters, help screens, graphs, active alarms & other diagnostics. The chamber consists of interior light with on/off via touch screen. The microprocessor with non volatile memory logs the data for 72 hours for temperature, CO2 level,O2 level, door opening & other alarms. Humidity and temperature control Cabinets are well designed for conducting different laboratory and research experiments for different quality control tests to be carried out on different materials e.g. cement motors, various electrical fittings, electronic circuits and components, cloth and paper etc. under controlled temp. and humidity conditions.

Construction

The cabinet is a robust ergonomic construction with the outer body made of Mild steel sheet duly powder coated & the inner chamber is made of Stainless steel. Caster wheels provided for easy mobility. Stainless steel trays are also provided for storage of samples. Inner chamber facilitates self placement at desired height. The chamber is insulated by filling glass wool in the space of between outer body and chamber to prevent temperature loss. Door is also insulated. Forced air circulation in the chamber by a blower ensures uniform temperature and humidity inside the chamber. Finned type heaters are provided in the moving air path. Humidity is achieved by generating of steam by immersion type water heater in water reservoir & its subsequent condensation in the circulating air.

Temperature and Humidity Control

Temperature is controlled by reliable imported thermostat from ambient to 55°C ± 1°C. Humidity is also controlled by imported thermostat which controls wet temperature for controlling humidity and switches off immersion heaters to stop generating steam. The water bath is single walled, made of thick stainless steel complete with concentric rings. This water bath is used for evaporating liquids like alcohol or for melting solids such as agar. Concentric rings can be removed to accommodate containers of various sizes. The concentric rings are chrome plated. The temperature is controlled by capillary type thermostat from 5°C above ambient to 90°C.

Our Serological Water Baths are sturdy with double walled construction. The complete inner chamber is made of highly polished stainless steel & the outer body is made of mild steel duly powder coated. The inner chamber is insulated from the outer atmosphere with special grade glass wool insulation. The Water Bath is provided with a drain plug to facilitate easy emptying and cleaning of the inner chamber whenever necessary. Pyramidal shaped cover and perforated removable diffuser are standard accessories.

Immersion heating elements made of high grade materials are fitted at bottom with different ratings for different sizes.

Temperature Control

Temperature is generally controlled by capillary type THERMOSTAT from ambient to 95°C ± 1°C. Temperature control knob is graduated in centigrade degrees.

This is a desktop model designed for studies on tissue metabolism, enzymes and protein coagulation or other experiments requiring shaking of subject matter at constant speed under controlled temperature environment.

The basic construction is double walled with 100% leak proof inner chamber of thick polished Stainless Steel sheet & has smooth inside working surface. The Outer body is made of mild steel duly powder coated. The lid made of thick polished Stainless Steel sheet prevent failing of condensed water droplets on the specimens. The space between the two walls is packed tightly with high grade glass wool to prevent loss of heat and ensure constant temperature. Heating is achieved by a high quality immersion type heater and temperature is controlled by capillary hydraulic type thermostat from ambient to 100°C ± 0.5° C. The shaking mechanism comprises of variable speed motor fixed on the left side and coupled to the shaking tray which shakes linearly to and fro on ball rollers moving in guides which are greased for smooth motion. 


The shaking speed can be controlled between 40 to 140 cycles per minute. The shaking tray can either hold test tubes or flasks of 25 ml or 50 ml or 100 ml capacity as ordered by the users. Front panel includes switches to ON/OFF mains, rpm regulator and Indicators. It also includes thermostat control knob, Speed control knob, and L-shaped thermometer to indicate the inside temperature.

Construction: The external body of the incubator is made of galvanized steel sheet with baked on finish having powder coating & the internal chamber is made of high-grade polished corrosion resistant double pane insulated stainless steel. The complete shaker is mounted on a heavy angle frame structure on all the sides & consists of castor wheels cum jack system for easy movement.
