TISSUE FLOATATION BATH

The tissue floatation bath is used for precise control of different samples at constant temperature. It is ideal for tissue culture, enzyme reactions fermentations tissue section processing etc. The bath is ideally suited for preparing distortion less and wrinkle free tissue specimens. Its round, double walled, inner chamber made of aluminium and outer body made of mild steel duly powder coated, with wide enough rim for drying the wet slides. Temperature is controlled by capillary type thermostat, from ambient to 80°C with an accuracy of ±1°C. 

The instrument is supplied complete with pilot light, cord and plug.

COLONY COUNTER

We are manufacturer and suppliers of Colony Counter. These Colony Counters are designed to provide light effects for multipurpose viewing in Bacteriology, Virology & Mycology Labs. The colony counter is an ideal instrument for counting bacterial & mould colonies in culture work. It provides uniform glare free illumination to minimise the strain on eyes and clearly defines even small colonies. A 100 mm dia lens covers the entire illumination field and its magnification assures highly accurate results. Counting plate with standard Wolfhugel ruling ensures clearly differentiated and sharply defined colonies. The counter is supplied complete with counting plate, lens.

Our colony counter is fitted with automatic LED digital display. It minimise the strain of counting. Each touch of marking Pencil on the Petri dish increments the colony count by '1' and the glowing LED digital display depicts the total colony count, thus relieving the technician from the tedious task of counting and eliminating the chances of error. 

The instrument is provided with a manual RESET of digital display, ON/OFF switch, counting pencil, cord and plug.

Cryostat Microtome provides a rapid and easy means for the sectioning of natural tissue from 2 to 20 microns in step of 2 microns without distortion for high quality microscopic examination. These are specially designed for clinical and research operations. Sections have the high resolution of cytological details required for pathological diagnosis, histochemistry, fluorescence, biochemistry, microscopy etc. Technique is simple and easy to learn. To withstand condensation inside the chamber, in built Rotary Microtome is made of entirely rustproof material fitted with anti roll device to avoid curling of sections. Plastic plate is adjustable in all directions.

The cryostat microtome offers the performance, ease-of-use and versatility to make it the ideal instrument in all types of laboratory work. The Cryostat Microtome is used for cutting thin sections of fresh, frozen material.

Cryostat temperature ranges up to -40°C which can be set by a highly accurate microprocessor based PID digital temp. Indicator cum controller. This low temperature is obtained by a highly efficient refrigeration unit.

The cryostat microtome also incorporates an inbuilt hot gas time controlled defrosting system. This helps in heating the work area for cleaning purposes. It is a top opening design for working access to microtome. A lamp with an in built magnifying glass is also provided which switches on automatically whenever door opens to facilitate easy visibility. Microtome hand wheel provided outside the chamber on right hand side for easy operation.

A self contained drainage system ensures that condensate and defrost fluids are collected in a convenient container positioned at the front of the instrument. This allows controlled collection and disposal of potentially contaminated fluids thus reducing the potential emission of pathogens into the laboratory environment. Motorised hand wheel movement is a standard feature with Single/Multiple cut mode.

 

Four castor wheels fitted at bottom provide easy mobility for use in various locations and for storage when not in use.

 Wax Bath Safety Control

Specially designed automatic wax bath has precise and accurate PID controller with PT100 temperature sensor. The microprocessor based PID controller maintains and confirms the temperature between 50°C to 65 °C. The main unit proceeds to next stage from 9th onward only after the set temperature is attained, with safety systems functioning at 10th, 11th and 12th stages. 
Prior to wax immersion, the control signals the machine on the status of wax temperature. If the wax is melted, the machine automatically proceeds from stage 9 to 10 and so on. If the wax is not melted, the tissue processor basket shall not move to the next station. 
The tissue basket is immersed / rotated in the wax bath only after the set value of temperature has been achieved thus providing 100% safety of precious tissue and time.

Slowly rotating two stainless steel basket rotors are operated through the microprocessor.

The latest designed light weight protective cover is hinged to the base and swings back so that the interior parts will be completely exposed for convenient cleaning, lubrication & setting etc. The feed mechanism is dependent on the vertical movement of the object block. With every complete revolution of the counter balanced drive wheel, the feed pawl engages precisely on to the teeth of the ratchet gear which moves forward and advances the object holder through a cone, inclined plane mechanism in such a precise increments that tissues can be sectioned even in one micron thickness. Well designed features for precise and accurate serial sectioning, with feed setting visible from front, improved locking device and counter balanced wheel. Feed is adjustable from 1 to 50 microns in steps of 1 micron. Free up and down movement of object clamp. Automatic restricted total excursion of 28 mm by disengaging the feed mechanism to prevent jamming.

 

Ball and flange object clamp provides flexible orientation of object piece. It takes specimen up to 32×27 mm on stem of block holders. Knife holder allows for 120 mm on 180 mm long knife. Cutting angle is adjustable through 30 degrees. Two levers release knife holder for resetting angles and a third lever releases the entire assembly for movement on slide way to adjust horizontal distance from object.
Latest cam system eliminates the conventional cord system for feeding, resulting in better section cutting and improved efficiency of the machine.

New Modular design Slide Staining machine is an automatic dyeing machine used for human or animal and plant tissues. This model greatly enhances the histological and pathological histology specimens stained technology and automation level. The International Integrated design, Simple structure, reliable operation, processing precision, not only improving the staining effect but also makes the operation easy.

Multiple staining procedures with their names & various parameters can be pre -stored and are thereafter accessible by the click of a button. The stainer is quick and simple to operate and takes up little space. With a size of 38x28 cm (15"x11") it is one of the smallest device of its kind. Ideal for staining technique requiring no more than four reagents, that is: weight, may-grunwald-giemsa, malaria, field and reticulocyte stain. The package includes slide holders for 76 x22 standard slides. There are two racks for 8 or 16 slides respectively. The complete holder may be detached for loading the slides outside the stainer. The stainer comes with a drip tray easily detachable for cleaning. It holds a set of four troughs with capacities for 8 or 16 slides. The process runs automatically at the click of a program button, but may be interrupted or modified by the user at any time. The microprocessor also controls the automatic program flow. One back-lit bright LCD display indicates the status of both the device and the program. The slide carrier is easily detached for loading outside the stainer.

The instrument is designed to operate on 220V Single Phase AC Supply (Model with 110V also available).
