AUTOPSY FLOOR SCALE (DEAD BODY WEIGHING SCALE)

Body autopsy floor scale is weighing scale with platform for taking weights of cadavers. It is designed to withstand intensive use and most rigorous conditions of a mortuary/forensic dept. conducting multiple examinations per day measuring dead body weight ranging from 0 kg to 300 kg.

The dead body weighing scale has four weighing points for optimum precision and reliability. The platform is made of high grade Stainless steel.
The platform for keeping the body is sturdy, made of stainless steel is of size 6 feet X 2 ½ feet X 8 inches. The cabinet has a digital read out with help of a custom built LCD to display the weight rapidly with help of four highly responsive load sensors. The weighing scale will have an inbuilt battery backup to prevent hassles at the time of power failure.
The digital display can be mounted on wall or kept on a table. 

The equipment is designed to operate on 220V AC Supply (Model with 110V also available) with an inbuilt battery and battery charger.

MORTUARY CHAMBER

Mortuary chamber storage system is designed for storing cadaverous under cool condition to prevent decomposition. They are quality constructed self contained mortuary refrigerators used in funeral directors and hospitals. These are latest development in forensic technology offering vast space saving advantage over the conventional type together with greater hygiene demanded by current legislation. They are also useful for Hospitals, Railways & Airports etc.

 Cabinet construction

Double walled construction with inner chamber made of Stainless Steel and outer body made of mild steel duly powder coated. High density polyurethane (PUF) insulation of desired thickness is filled between the walls and the whole structure is mounted on heavy duty castors for easy movability. Trays to carry bodies with handles at both ends slide on rollers. Front opening, hinged stainless steel insulated doors lined with gasket, handle and lock arrangement with keys in duplicate for individual dead bodies. A double door system including the transparent inner acrylic door helps in viewing without disturbing the thermal conditions.

 Refrigeration

The refrigeration unit is kept outside the chamber for easy maintenance. Strong and reliable with powerful quick response refrigeration system helps in achieving the desired temperature within a short period of time even at high ambient conditions. A highly efficient hermetically sealed compressor with air cooled condenser having the evaporator inside the chamber is used. A forced air type circulation is used to maintain uniform temperature inside the chamber. Non CFC eco friendly commercially available refrigerant is used.

 Fully Automatic Microprocessor Control

A fully automatic dedicated microprocessor helps in monitoring all the functions of the Mortuary Chamber.

The advanced microprocessor monitors the chamber temperature in real time to prevent body decomposition and to maintain the set value of temperature. The temperature is selectable between -2° C to 8° C with a resolution of 0.1° C. The front soft touch keypads permits control settings and access to default settings. An inbuilt feature for setting the compressor rest time is also provided. The microprocessor also monitors the incoming voltage. If the incoming voltage lies in a particular range, the LED will show OK and the refrigeration unit will function. If the incoming voltage is either Low or High, the LED will show Low or High and the refrigeration unit will be switched off for safety reasons. The bright LEDs display the Set and the Read Values of temperature. Both audio and visual alarms alert if there is any deviation of temperature or voltage.

An inbuilt automatic defrost enhances hassle free operation. The complete temperature control panel is mounted on front for easy readability and operation.

EMBALMING MACHINE

embalming machine is ideally used for injecting formaldehyde solution in cadaverous at much higher speed than normal gravity process.

The complete stainless steel housing covers a stainless steel tank of 10Ltrs. Capacity meant for storing and injecting the solution. The castors fitted at bottom enables easy movement. 

The latest embalming machine technology consists of a sealed pump which is connected to the stainless steel tank with an inbuilt non return Valve (NRV) so as to prevent the back flow.

A tubing having provision for injection with the help of injection nozzle is also connected to the tank.

EVIDENCE DRYING CABINET

These cabinets provide constant drying conditions for evidence while containing any air-borne pathogens, particulates, fumes, and odours. 

The Forensic Evidence drying cabinet is a containment cabinet for the drying and storing of forensic evidences. The airflow through the cabinet gives a constant drying medium for items of evidence large or small, and contains any fumes, odours or particulates given off while drying, thus ensuring a safe working environment for personnel. 

These are designed to protect the integrity of evidence such as clothing, mobile phones, wallets and bags from particulate contamination and dust. Operators are also protected from noxious odours and other hazards, which may emanate from the evidence held within the cabinet.

 Construction

The complete cabinet is made of stainless steel. The doors will also be made of stainless steel with transparent lexan vision panels. The interiors of the cabinet are also made of high grade corrosion free stainless steel. It is well designed for its appearance, performance and durability. DEAD BODY DISPLAY CABINET

The dead body display cabinet is used for temporary preservation of bodies. The complete cabinet is easy to carry from one place to another and is light in weight. 

The complete cabinet is made of stainless steel. It has two braked wheels for keeping the cabinet stationary.
The display cabinet is shock proof and can be operated in rugged conditions. It does not require any special vehicle for transportation.

A concealing cover is also provided to cover the body and prevent the loss of temperature.

DISSECTION TABLE

dissection tables are uniquely designed for the safe dissection of the cadaver. These tables are widely used in medical colleges & research centres.

The complete table is fabricated out of Stainless Steel for corrosion resistance, high strength, stability & cleaning purposes. The table has a plane with perimetral border to contain liquids.

The dissection table comes with a drain bucket which is connected to the central discharge. This bucket is used for collecting the waste liquids & thus it prevents spillage. The table is supplied with wheels having inbuilt brakes.

This table consists of a uniquely designed removable tray for the dissection purposes. The tray rolls on the derlin rollers with an inbuilt locking system which prevents the tray to slide on its own. 

The table is mounted on castor wheels with brakes for easy manuverability. There is an inbuilt fluid collection system which comes with the drain bucket thereby preventing spillage.

A stainless steel supportive tray below the main tray is fixed for keeping the fluid collection container. 

DISSECTION TABLE WITH DIP TANK

dissection tables with dip tank are uniquely designed for the safe, prolonged storage & dissection of the cadaver. 

Construction:
The complete table including tank shall be fabricated out of high grade Stainless Steel for durability & longer life. The complete table including dip tank is leaf proof & is argon (TIG) welded for efficient support & torsion resistance. 

The cadaver is dipped in a solution such as formalin so as to maintain its natural condition. 

This tank is uniquely designed for the storage purposes. The tray moves down & gets completely submerged in the tank. It is operated by an exclusively designed handle mechanism to put the tray down effortlessly. When the tray is in the extreme top position, the position can be locked for easy dissection. 

These tables are exclusively designed for their use in medical colleges for teaching purposes. 

The table is mounted on castor wheels with brakes for easy manuverability.

EMBALMING WORKSTATION

embalming workstation is a new modular design workstation complete with all features required at the time of embalming. 

Construction: The workstation features a complete stainless steel construction for both the embalming trolley & embalming machine. An inbuilt rail at the lower portion of the workstation is used to mount or remove the embalming machine. This ensures complete system transportation along with easy operation of the embalming machine. A manual ratchet system made of stainless steel is also provided for trendelenburg position. Complete stainless steel trolley is mounted on heavy duty castors for easy movability. The frame size is approx. 75" Length X 28" Width. There are four provisions at all the four corners of the trolley for mounting of IV Rod. BONE & MEAT CUTTING MACHINE

 Bone & Meat cutting machine is useful for preparing specimen of big size in Anatomy and Meat Departments. 

The machine is fitted with large moving table and extension table operated on four ball-bearing rollers. It is used extensively in the meat packing, and wholesale fish industry, for handling swordfish and large halbutes etc.
